Below is the online application for Swampscott 2020 Stickers. Stickers may be purchased online by filling out and submitting this online application on or after April 1, 2020 at 10:00 AM. Please first answer whether you are a Swampscott resident or non-resident, and indicate if you qualify for a senior (65+) discount (please note that all cars applying for stickers at discounted senior rates need to be registered to a senior). For recreation sticker orders, once you have successfully submitted your application, you will receive an email notification of your order. Upon verification of your information, you will receive an email that your order has been successfully processed. With your confirmation email you will receive a temporary 7-day pass that will allow you to park while you are awaiting the arrival of your sticker order. For non-resident one-day recreation beach parking passes, upon successful submission of your application you will receive an email containing your one-day pass.
Recreation Beach Parking Stickers: Recreation beach parking stickers are for use by residents only. Recreation parking stickers are required for anyone wishing to park at Preston Beach, Phillips Beach, Whales/Eismans Beach, and Columbia Street area near railroad station. No sticker is needed for Fisherman's Beach or King's Beach on Humphrey Street. Recreation beach parking stickers are NOT VALID where resident permit parking is allowed. A driver's license number is required for proof of senior status when applying for senior rates. A vehicle license plate number must be supplied for each car sticker purchased when applying. The cost of the stickers are $20 for residents less than 65 years of age, and $7 for seniors (residents 65 and over). Temporary 7-day beach parking passes are provided as an attachment to an email after your order has been successfully verified and processed. The 2020 recreation parking stickers are valid through May 1, 2021. The 2020 recreation parking stickers will be available April 1, 2020.
TOWN OF SWAMPSCOTT 2020 BEACH RULES: Although the beaches will be open throughout the summer for use, the Town of Swampscott has issued rules based on guidelines from the State in order to keep visitors safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please adhere to the following rules while visiting the beach. Enjoy your summer and stay safe!
FACE COVERING MUST BE WORN WHEN ENTERING OR EXITING THE BEACH OR WHEN YOU ARE WITHIN 6 FEET OF ANOTHER PERSON MAINTAIN 6 FEET BETWEEN YOU AND OTHERS WHILE ON THE BEACH AND IN THE WATER MAINTAIN 12 FEET BETWEEN TOWEL/BEACH BLANKET AREAS NO BEACH GAMES ALLOWED THERE ARE NO TRASH RECEPTACLES. PLEASE TAKE TRASH HOME WITH YOU WHEN YOU LEAVE. NO BEACH FIRES ALLOWED.
